Theorem

The basic electrical theorem can be applied to the solution of the electrical networks. Electrica circuit theorem can also be applied to AC circuits with one condition. The condition is to replace the ohmic resistance with impedance.

The Electrical Circuit theorem help find the mathematical relationship between the currents, voltage, and resistances of the circuits. Theorem uses the basic mathematical rules to analyze the electrical circuit theoretically.

These fundamental theorems include the basic theorems like Superposition theorem, Tellegen’s theorem, Norton’s theorem, Maximum power transfer theorem, and Thevenin’s theorems. Another group of network theorems that are mostly used in the circuit analysis process includes the Compensation theorem, Substitution theorem, Reciprocity theorem, Millman’s theorem, and Miller’s theorem.

Kirchhoff's voltage law KVL Infographics

Gustav Kirchhoff was a German physicist, who presented two laws; Kirchhoff’s Current Law (KCL) and Kirchhoff’s Voltage Law (KVL). Ohm law is a very basic one, which may not be sufficient to analyze a complex circuit.
